If you order red mercury 20/20 258 99.9999999%, new liquid mercury 99.99% or Caluanie Muelear oxidize (CaCl2.2H2O) chemical, we will ship them directly to the address you provide.

We ship by air (small orders) and by sea (large orders). Roteschemie ensures that all your shipping documents are scanned and sent to you before your package takes off to your location. Average delivery time varies based on buyer’s location. Normally it takes 3-4 days by air and 8-14 days by sea.

INSURANCE AND SECURITY

Regardless of any written waivers given to one of our carriers, ALL shipments require a signature upon delivery for security and insurance reasons.
All customers are requested by Roteschemie to check their packages for damage or tampering before accepting and signing for their packages.
Due to the nature of the items to be delivered, delivery will only be made to the billing address that was specified when the order was placed. For more information you can also call us or write an e-mail.

PACKAGING METHOD & SIGNATURE

When packing the mercury bottles for air transport, we cover the bottles perfectly with aluminum foil so that they don’t have any radioactivity. We also put them in wooden boxes. With this packaging method, they pass the X-rays at customs without any problems.

Even if you have a signature waiver on file with the shipping company, the shipping company will require an adult signature upon delivery for your security. Your shipment will not be posted or will be left at another delivery location (e.g. at a neighbor’s).
The shipping company will try to redeliver the package at a later date if no one is there to take it.

HOW DO WE TRANSPORT SAFELY?

We ship your Mercury using a licensed carrier such as MSC Germany SA & Co. KG, insured US Post, UPS, Zim Germany GmbH & Co KG, or other trusted shipping company with receipt required. For orders containing more than 5 bottles of Silver or Red Mercury, we take responsibility for the safe delivery of your package and will cover all associated postage and insurance charges. A shipping fee will be charged for smaller orders. For larger orders, delivery by armored car is an option.
